Stelux C Metallic Media
Stelux C is a non-ferrous metallic abrasive media used for deburring, deflashing, surface cleaning, finishing, and controlled blasting applications. Its softer impact compared with steel abrasives makes it suitable for aluminum, zinc die castings, non-ferrous components, and parts requiring a clean surface finish.
Product Overview
Stelux C consists of spherical stainless steel shot designed to provide uniform impact energy, smooth finishing, and excellent durability. Unlike carbon steel abrasives, Stelux C does not leave ferrous residues, making it ideal for applications requiring corrosion resistance and high-quality cosmetic finishes.
The media is widely used in stainless steel fabrication, aluminum finishing, die casting, aerospace components, medical equipment, food processing equipment, and decorative metal products.
